1. Understanding panic in more detail.
Look at helping to explain the symptoms and the way that the body creates panic related symptoms. When we know why that happens we can learn why sometimes the best responses to anxiety are actually the opposite of what our first reaction.
2.We will also look at the underlying causes of panic in relation to stress, worry, pressure, loss.
We will look at trying to help distinguish between false alarm panic attacks and real alarm panic attacks.
3. We will also learn why breathing techniques do not always work for panic and anxiety. We will then look at some alternative techniques to help overcome and face our panic.
